Deliciously Healthy: Oats

So delicious.

My oatmeal consists of oats, almond milk, seasonal fruits, cinnamon, nutmeg, and a banana. The seasonal fruits were some blackberries that I got and some frozen blueberries. The banana and the almond milk gently sweetens the oatmeal making it that delicious (I didn’t have to put sugar or sweeteners in there). Yes, I mashed up a banana in there.

To serve it up, I have a glass of almond milk to drink as well.
