Zaru Soba

I made this dish for dinner couple of nights ago and it was SUCCESS. Haha, Zaru Soba is a Japanese dish that is composed of buckwheat noodle, zaru soba dipping sauce, green onions, seaweed, wasabi, and daikon. I did not have daikon with me at the time, so I substituted for those small radishes. This dish is served chilled. Different right? Trust me, its pretty good and refreshing.

To eat this dish, you would take an amount of wasabi, daikon (radish in my case), green onion, and mix it in the dipping sauce. Then you would take a bite size portion of the buckwheat noodles, dip it in the soy sauce and slurp away.|

Yummy =)
